In the event you need to make a return or request a refund, please review our policy below, which outlines the process, conditions, and timeframes.

1. Refunds and Returns

a. Online Fitness Services: You have the right to request a refund for your online fitness service(s) within 7 days from the date of purchase if you are not fully satisfied with the service(s) provided.

b. Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, you must have actively participated in the fitness service(s) for at least 7 days and have a valid reason for your dissatisfaction.

c. Refund Process: Once your request is received and approved, we will process your refund, and the funds will be returned to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

2. Refund on Plan cancellation 

a. Pro-Rated Refunds: If you cancel your subscription before 14th of the month, we offer 50% refunds. 

3. Initiating a Refund Request

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

a. Contact our Customer Support Team at pff@gmail.com and provide your order details.

b. Explain the reason for your dissatisfaction and how you believe the service(s) did not meet your expectations.

c. Our Customer Support Team will review your request and may request additional information if necessary.

4. Refund policy on missing classes

a. Our coaches time is blocked for your class even if you don't make it. We do not provide re-fund for missing classes as part of the subscription.
